If you are sewing a lot of different projects, you will need to frequently switch to different needles, and often the needle you are removing still has some good stitching time left to it (Most home sewing machine needles should be good for 8 hours of sewing).  You should never put a used needle back in the same case as the new needles because you’ll have no way of telling the used needle from the new ones. So I invented this handy Needle Minder to keep your used needles organized, and also to remind you which needle size you currently have in your machine.

The minder includes a 12″ x 2″ tool caddy that can hold some of your longer tools, such as the Stick & Straw Tube Turners and the Drawstring Threader. Two handy reference cards are included, that explain what you need to know about needles and list which needle to use for different fabrics.
